A. For long lasting, visible results for your hair health, we’d recommend you try our 3 step hair regime for a fuller and simpler routine.
In case you’ve already tried out the regime and have run out of any single product, you can always order it from the website.

A. Our 3 step hair and skin regime is available as a kit which will last you for about a month.

Do I have to place my order again if I already have a subscription?
A. No, you do not have to place orders again if you’ve already subscribed with us.
We will send you a link every month to confirm your order and payment for your fresh kit which will be delivered to your doorstep.
How will I confirm my upcoming order?
A. When you subscribe for a 3 or 6 months plan, you pay every month and confirm your order with us - we deliver a fresh kit to your doorstep every month.
We will send you an order confirmation and payment link via email/ whatsapp every month.
Can I update my quiz every month?
A. Of course! Just login to the account on the website, go to the navigation menu and retake your hair quiz. Parallel to that, your hair analysis and custom formula will also be updated for your new order.
How to cancel if they don't want to continue my subscription?
A. In case you do not wish to continue with your subscription plan, you can cancel anytime.

Will the subscription amount auto-debit from my account every month?
A. We currently do not offer any auto debit options for payment but our team is working on it.
